These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VClense (the “Service”), operated from Switzerland. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
VClense curates tools, resources, and information for the startup and venture ecosystem — including investor and event directories, pitch decks, reports, job platforms, and educational material. Content is provided for general information only and is not financial, legal, or investment advice.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including scraping at scale, attempting to breach security, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to harass others or send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service and its original content are owned by VClense and protected by law. Third-party materials (e.g. pitch decks, logos, articles) remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes. When you submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and use it to operate the Service.
The Service links to external websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and accessing them is at your own risk.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, or up to date, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VClense is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes are subject to the competent Swiss courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
